During these unusual times, the health and safety of our patrons and associates are of supreme importance to us. In our battle against Covid-19, we have vigilantly covered each guideline that has been broadcasted by the World Health Organization, Government of India, and local health departments. We are equipping our associates and staff members on best practices to be employed for sanitation, sensitization, and surveillance. We have always strived for superior service. Hence, compromise is not one of our virtues, be it PRE/during/post-COVID-19.
We are employing the following steps to ensure that you remain safe and healthy:
1. Highly recurrent cleaning of public areas (lobbies, elevators, door handles, public bathrooms, etc.) with hospital-grade disinfectants.
2. We have made the usage of antibacterial hand sanitizers imperative for guests, associates and staff members alike in all the public areas as well as in the room.
3. A temperature reading of guests, associates, and staff members at the entrance of the hotel itself.
4. Guest check-in declaration form to determine guests who may have traveled to high-risk countries in the previous 30 days to establish they undergo a medical examination before check-in.
5. Avoiding close seating in restaurant, conference room and reception areas.
6. Providing proper cleaning and disinfecting supplies including ‘instructions for use’ for workers.
7. If any of the parameters of our guest or colleagues are not normal, a medical examination and assistance will be provided immediately
We recognize that each guest’s health and safety is our responsibility. More than ever, it is now that the hospitality fraternity needs to step up. With this mindset, we are all set to welcome you with the same, yet better, experience.
Cancellation Policy:
We understand your travel plans will be affected, given these unprecedented times. Hence, reservations made till 30th June, 11:59 PM, if cancelled will be refunded with no penalties. You may choose to either hold your booking amount with us or get a refund till 31st December 2020.
If you have reserved your room through Travel Agents or travel sites, we request you to get in touch with them to cancel the reservations.
