Additionally, we desired to watch television in the room; however, the remote controls did not come with working batteries. I don't even know what this is. Is this the how you run your company, and you seriously expect customers to continue staying at your hotel? If they are going to continue to misrepresent themselves and treat their customers in such a contemptible manner, this hotel should not be allowed to be in business. More
